模糊综合评价法在达芬奇手术机器人论证评估中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 该研究通过科学评估方法为医疗机构合理配置达芬奇手术机器人提供依据,从宏观因素、医院现状及预期效益3个维度出发,设置10个评价指标,借助模糊数学方法,通过权重因子与模糊关系矩阵的向量计算得到定量化评估结果,计算结果显示评价指标中“优秀”的评价所占比例为39.5%,“良好”的评价所占比例为33.3%,“一般”的评价所占比例为22%,“较差”的评价所占比例为5.2%,“优秀”及“良好”所占比例为72.8%,提示模糊综合评价法能够有效解决医学装备评估中很多影响因素很难用清晰准确的界限区分、难以定量化的问题,可以为医疗机构合理配置达芬奇手术机器人提供参考依据。 This study provided a basis for the rational allocation of Da Vinci surgical robots in medical institutions through a scientific evaluation method.Starting from the three dimensions of macro factors,hospital status and expected benefits,this study set up 10 evaluation indexes,then with the help of fuzzy mathematics method,the quantitative evaluation results were obtained through the vector calculation of weight factor and fuzzy relationship matrix.The calculation results displayed that the proportion of"excellent""good""general"and"poor"is 39.5%,33.3%,22%and 5.2%respectively.Totally,the proportion of"excellent"and"good"is 72.8%,which proved the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can effectively solve the problem that there are a lot of influencing factors which is difficult to distinguish with clear and accurate boundaries as well as to quantify in the evaluation of medical equipment,so this method can provide a reference for the rational allocation of Da Vinci surgical robots in medical institutions.
