Influential Factors Analysis and Development Discussion of Medical Equipment Maintenance Management

医疗设备维护管理是保证医疗设备安全性、降低维修成本的核心,涵盖了日常管理的方方面面,若想对其进行全面评估,确定影响因素是必不可少的环节。该研究通过借鉴国内外先进的医疗设备维护管理经验,识别并提取与维护管理相关的影响因素,并结合本地医院实际管理现状,综合评估这些因素,提出只有妥善处理好“人”“设备”“数据”三者之间的矛盾和联系,才能使医疗设备在医院中发挥最大价值,旨为在推动医院医疗设备的精细化、科学化管理提供参考。

Medical equipment maintenance management is the core to ensure safety and reduce maintenance costs,covering all aspects of daily management,so the identification of influential factors is an essential part of comprehensive assessment for the management.This study identified and extracted the factors related to maintenance management by learning from the advanced medical equipment maintenance management experience at home and abroad and combining with the actual management status of local hospitals,it was proposed that it is necessary to properly handle the contradictions and connections among"people","equipment"and"data"to make the most of the medical equipment in hospitals if through comprehensively evaluating these factors.This paper aimed to provide some references for promoting fine and scientific management of medical equipment in hospitals.
