二维数学模型在溯河大桥防洪评价中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据《中华人民共和国防洪法》《中华人民共和国河道管理条例》等法律法规的相关规定,对于跨河桥梁修建类项目,要进行防洪评价,位于重要河段或河势变化剧烈河段的建设项目,还应进行二维数学模型计算或河工模型试验分析。河工模型试验分析价格昂贵、耗时较长,二维数学模型计算可提供丰富、精确的信息。采用二维数学模型,分析了溯河大桥兴建对溯河河道行洪及流场的影响,为桥梁防洪评价提供了技术支撑。 According to relevant provisions in the Flood Control Law of People’s Republic of China and Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on River Course Management and other laws and regulations,flood control evaluation should be conducted for bridge projects across a river. For construction projects located in important river sections or those with drastic changes in river regime,two-dimensional mathematical model calculation or river engineering model test analysis should also be carried out. The analysis of river engineering model test is expensive and time-consuming,while the calculation of two-dimensional mathematical model can provide abundant and accurate information. The influence of construction of Suhe River Bridge on flood discharge and flow field on Suhe River watercourse is analyzed by using two-dimensional mathematical model,which provides technical support for bridge flood control evaluation.
