摘要
针对深远海、大容量风电机组基础整机沉放的实际需求,文章提出了一种适用于较深海域整机沉放的新型导向沉放技术。借助有限元软件建立船-筒-塔筒-机组全耦合体系的沉放过程动力学模型,深入剖析风、浪、流环境荷载对筒型基础整机运动响应的影响机理。研究结果表明:基于此项导向沉放姿态控制技术,可使得筒型基础整机在一定海况中的横摇角和纵摇角保持在4°以内,且机头处加速度也能满足机组具体指标要求;筒型基础整机的垂荡运动主要受波浪影响,横摇和纵摇运动受波浪和风的影响较大,海流会引起结构的整体位移,横浪会对结构产生较大的响应。
In order to meet the requirement of complete set sinking for far-reaching sea wind turbine with large capacity,this paper proposes a complete set guided sinking scheme,establishes a ship-to-bucket foundation coupling integrated sinking dynamic model,and studies the influence of wind,wave and flow environmental loads on the motion response of complete set with bucket foundation.The results show that the roll Angle and pitch Angle of bucket foundation machine can be kept within 4 in the selected load conditions,and the acceleration at the nose can also meet the specific index requirements of the unit;Wave is the main influence factor on the heave motion of the whole machine with barrel type foundation.The roll motion and pitch motion are greatly affected by waves and wind.The ocean current will cause the overall displacement of the structure,and the transverse wave will have a large roll response to the structure.
