基于再制造技术的风电机组偏航制动盘修复 被引量:4

摘要 风电机组运行期间,由于偏航系统的频繁运行,其核心部件之一的偏航制动盘容易出现磨损。针对该问题,文章提出了再制造修复工艺。该工艺首先采用自主研发的铣削装置对磨损的盘面进行铣削,使盘面初步达到平整的条件;然后,用耐高温环氧结构胶将同材质的镶块粘接到偏航制动盘上;最后,对镶块表面进行铣削,确保修复后偏航制动盘的尺寸、表面跳动、粗糙度等参数满足要求,并提高其表面耐磨性。强度校核和老化试验校核结果表明,该修复可靠性满足要求,工程应用验证了该方法效果好、效率高、成本低。该工艺不需要对机舱进行吊装,可以直接在机舱内对偏航制动盘进行修复,对于提高风场经济性具有一定意义。 During the operation of the wind turbine,the yaw system works quite frequently.Thus,the yaw disc is easily worn.To solve this problem,a remanufacturing technique is introduced in this paper.First,a self-developed milling machine was used to mill the surface of the worn yaw disc to make it smooth.Then,the inserts are cemented on the yaw disc with epoxy structured adhesive.Finally,the inserts are milled to make sure that the size,runout,roughness and abrasive resistance of the yaw disc meet the requirements.Strength check and aging experiment validate the reliability of the remanufacturing.The engineering application shows that the remanufacturing has a high quality and efficiency as well as a low cost.The technology can repair the yaw disc in the wind turbine cabin without taking the cabin down to the ground.This is a significant improvement to the economy of the wind power plant.
