摘要
目的:探讨超微血管成像(superb microvascular imaging,SMI)在评价类风湿性关节炎缓解期腕关节亚临床滑膜炎的应用价值。方法:选取内蒙古自治区人民医院2019年8月—2021年7月收治的临床缓解期的类风湿性关节炎患者78例共158个腕关节,采用SMI、能量多普勒显像(power Doppler imaging,PDI)检测滑膜的血流,比较其在检测滑膜微小血管及血流分级方面的差异。结果:SMI检测关节滑膜血流显示率高于PDI,且提高了血流分级,两种血流成像模式比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SMI能较好地反映临床缓解期腕关节增厚滑膜的血管翳,可以成为评价小关节亚临床滑膜炎的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical vales of superb microvascular imaging(SMI)in the evaluation of subclinical synovitis of the wrist during remission of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 78 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in clinical remission from August 2019 to July 2021 in the people's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected,with a total of 158 wrist joints.The synovial blood flow was detected by SMI and power Doppler imaging(PDI).The display differences of two blood flow patterns on synovial blood were observed comparatively.Results The display rate of joint synovial blood flow detected by SMI is higher than that of PDI,and the blood flow classification is improved.The difference between the two blood flow imaging modes is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SMI can better reflect the thickened synovial pannus of the wrist joint in the subclinical stage,and can be an effective auxiliary method for evaluating the inflammation of the small joint synovium.
