摘要
对生猪定点屠宰中的常见疾病进行检疫可及时发现生猪感染的疾病,保证生猪产品质量安全。生猪屠宰前的检疫工作主要包括查证验物及临床观察2方面。查证验物可及时了解生猪是否来自疫区以及是否经过检疫。另外,临床观察可发现口蹄疫等屠宰后无法检测出的疾病,从而及时淘汰不合格的生猪,提高猪肉产品安全。该文主要就生猪定点屠宰常见病害的检疫措施进行归纳总结。
In order to improve the hygiene of live pigs,quarantine personnel should strengthen the work of animal slaughter and quarantine.The quarantine of common diseases in the slaughter of live pigs can promptly detect infections of live pigs,thereby ensuring the quality and safety of live pig products.The quarantine work before slaughter of pigs mainly includes two aspects:verification and inspection and clinical observation.Checking and verifying objects can promptly know whether the pigs are from the epidemic area and whether they have been quarantined.In addition,clinical observation can find diseases that cannot be detected after slaughter,such as foot-and-mouth disease,so as to eliminate unqualified pigs in time and improve the safety of pork products.Therefore,this article mainly summarizes the quarantine measures for common diseases in the designated slaughter of live pigs.
