现阶段,大多数企业都认识到了内部管理工作的重要性,但在面对日趋激烈的市场竞争环境时,仍将主要精力都集中在抢占市场份额方面,忽视了内部建设,造成企业在运行过程中出现问题。在此背景下,企业陆续着手实施财务共享建设。财务共享是企业内部建设的重要组成部分,对企业经营发展具有重要意义。基于此,文章分析了在大数据背景下实施财务共享的重要意义,总结了财务共享建设与实践中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为企业实现可持续发展提供帮助。

At the present stage,most enterprises have been aware of the importance of internal management,but in the face of increasingly fierce market competition environment,they still focus on seizing market share and ignore internal construction,resulting that there are problems occurred during the operation.In this context,enterprises have begun to implement the construction of financial sharing.Financial sharing is an important part of the internal construction of an enterprise,which is of great significance to the operation and development of the enterprise.Based on this,this paper analyzes the significance of implementing financial sharing under the background of big data,summarizes the problems existing in the construction and practice of financial sharing,and proposes corresponding solutions to help enterprises achieve sustainable development.
