In the new era of opportunities and space,the operation of e-commerce enterprises is facing greater risks and challenges,of which the most important risk is financial risk.In order to promote the healthy development of e-commerce and the better operation of e-commerce enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises,discusses the financial risks and their causes,and puts forward corresponding risk prevention strategies.
