In the new era,as more and more attention have been paid to promoting the standardized development of the market economy in China,the group company will face more opportunities and challenges in the actual development process.The quality of financial management has a direct impact on the overall development of the group company.In order to better comply with the new development situation,the group company tries to adopt the financial centralized management mode to implement comprehensive control,obtain accurate financial information in time,and effectively strengthen the operation of internal management,so as to effectively improve its own management ability.However,in the practice of centralized financial management,the management and control measures implemented by group company are lack of effectiveness and have not been combined with the current situation of the market economy,resulting in the actual effect of centralized financial management being lower than expected.Combined with the needs of the management development of the group company,this paper discusses the effective strategy of implementing centralized financial management for reference.
