“双减”政策背景下小学高质量教学: 意涵、困境及其超越 被引量:4

摘要 "双减"政策呼唤高质量教学。小学高质量教学涵盖教师的应教尽教和学生的学足学好,其中应教体现为教学质量上限,尽教体现为教学质量下限,学足体现为学习质量下限,学好体现为学习质量上限。但当前小学课堂教学质量提升仍面临"育人"与"育分"质量观的摇摆不定、教师少教和学生少学等困境。超越低质量发展困境的思路是,重树教学目标:"育人"与"育分"相兼容;重建教学关系:推动教与学关系的和谐共生;重塑能力结构:推动教师育人能力发展;重构教学过程:坚持"三减三增"并行。 “Double reduction”policy calls for high quality teaching. High quality teaching in primary schools includes two aspects: the teachers should teach what should be taught and the students should learn what should be learnt, which shows the upper and lower limits of teaching quality and learning quality. However, the current improvement of primary school teaching quality is still faced with the dilemma between cultivating morality and promoting marks, and between less teaching and less learning. To advance from the dilemma, the teaching goals, teaching relations, ability structure, teaching process should be reconstructed, so as to promote the integration of cultivating morality and promoting learning ability, the harmonious existence of teaching and learning, the strengthening teacher’s development and insistence on“three-increase and three-reduction”.
