摘要
[目的]采用电子舌探讨不同产地野菊花味觉信息与蒙花苷含量的相关性,分析蒙花苷在不同产地间的规律。[方法]采集不同产地野生野菊花药材,采用TS-5000Z电子舌系统、UPLC分别测定味觉信息和蒙花苷含量,考察不同产地野菊花味觉差异及其与蒙花苷含量相关性,同时分析不同产地蒙花苷含量的分布规律。[结果]不同产地野菊花味觉差异主要表现在苦味、酸味和涩味;苦味与蒙花苷含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),不同味觉指标间有一定相关性;不同产地药材以蒙花苷含量可聚为4类,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ为高含量类群,主要分布在河南、湖北和安徽3个省份;不同产地药材以味觉信息与蒙花苷含量可聚为4类,其中Ⅱ、Ⅳ蒙花苷含量较高,味觉指标表现为苦味和苦味回味较高;调研省份中,安徽、河南和湖北3个省份蒙花苷合格率较高。[结论]野菊花苦味值与蒙花苷含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),为野菊花药材质量控制提供参考;通过不同产地野菊花药材蒙花苷含量对比,分析蒙花苷在不同产地间的分布规律,对于划定野菊花药材种植区划、实现野菊花优质栽培具有重要意义。
[Objective]The electronic tongue was used to explore the correlation between the taste information of Chrysanthemi indici Flos and the linarin content in different origins,and to analyze the regularity of linarin in different origins.[Method]Chrysanthemi indici Flos from different origins were collected,the TS-5000Z electronic tongue system and UPLC were used to measure the taste information and the linarin content,respectively,to investigate the difference in taste of Chrysanthemi indici Flos from different origins and their correlation with the linarin content,and to analyze the distribution law of linarin content of Chrysanthemi indici Flos from different origins.[Result]The taste difference of Chrysanthemi indici Flos from different origins was mainly manifested in bitterness,sourness and astringency.There was extremely significant positive correlation between bitterness and the linarin content(P<0.01),and there was a certain correlation between different taste indicators.The samples from different origins could be divided into 4 groups based on the linarin content.GroupsⅠandⅡwere high content groups,mainly distributed in Henan Province,Hubei Province and Anhui Province.Based on the taste information and the linarin content,the samples from different origins could be classified into 4 groups.Among them,groupⅡand IV had higher linarin content,and the taste index showed higher bitterness and bitter aftertaste.According to the qualified rate of linarin content in the investigated provinces,Anhui Province,Henan Province and Hubei Province was higher.[Conclusion]The bitterness index of Chrysanthemi indici Flos had a significant positive correlation with the linarin content(P<0.01),which provided a reference for the quality control of Chrysanthemi indici Flos.By comparing the content of linarin in different areas,the distribution of linarin in different areas was analyzed,which was of great significance for demarcating the planting area of Chrysanthemi indici Flos and realizing the high-quality cultivation of Chrysanthemum indicum L..
