银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation on effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on cerebral infarction

目的分析银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月之间在盘山县人民医院住院治疗的脑梗死患者为研究对象,共计212例,采用随机数字表分成研究组、对照组各106例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊(1.6 mg,tid)治疗,均连续服用1个月。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经营养因子(NTF)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血脂指标(LDL-C、TC、TG、HDL-C)、NSE、NTF比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者LDL-C、TC、TG、NSE水平显著降低,HDL-C、NTF水平显著上升,研究组降低或升高的幅度大于对照组(P<0.001);研究组的NIHSS评分和Barthel指数显著优于对照组(P<0.001);治疗期间两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗脑梗死可有效改善患者的血脂水平,提高治疗有效率,保护神经细胞,促进患者生活能力的改善,且安全性较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 212 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,which were randomly divided into 106 cases for each study and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the research group was additionally treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule(1.6 mg,TID)for 1 consecutive month.The clinical efficacy,neuron-specific enolase(NSE),neurotrophic factor(NTF),NIHSS levels,blood lipid levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in blood lipid indexes(LDL-C,TC,TG,HDL-C),NSE and NTF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TC,TG and NSE of both groups decreased significantly,while the levels of HDL-C and NTF increased significantly,and the decrease or increase in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.001).The NIHSS score and Barthel index of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.001).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule can effectively improve the levels of blood lipid and effective rate of treatment in patients with cerebral infarction,protect nerve cells,and promote the improvement of patients’living ability with good safety.
