参与策略自我效能量表的汉化及其信效度检验

Chinesization of the Participation Strategies Self⁃Efficacy Scale and its reliability and validity test

目的:汉化参与策略自我效能量表(the Participation Strategies Self⁃Efficacy Scale,PS⁃SES),并将其应用于脑卒中病人中检验其信效度。方法:采用Brislin模式对PS⁃SES量表进行正译、回译和文化调适,形成中文版PS⁃SES量表。选取郑州市3所三级甲等医院康复科及4个社区卫生服务中心下属社区内的378例脑卒中病人进行调查,采用SPSS 21.0和AMOS 21.0软件对数据进行处理。结果:中文版PS⁃SES量表的内容效度指数为0.949,各条目内容效度指数为0.860~1.000。探索性因子分析提取6个公因子,分别为家庭参与管理、保持有序、社区参与计划和管理、工作及效率管理、沟通管理和资源管理,累计方差贡献率为80.695%。验证性因子分析显示,修正后的模型各项指标均达到标准,模型拟合度良好。量表总Cronbach'sα系数为0.968,折半信度为0.906,重测信度为0.826。结论:中文版PS⁃SES量表信效度良好,可用于评估我国脑卒中病人的参与策略自我效能水平。

Objective:To translate the Participation Strategies Self⁃Efficacy Scale,and applied it in stroke patients to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Brislin model was used to conduct forward translation,back translation and cultural adaptation of PS⁃SES to form the Chinese version of PS⁃SES.A total of 378 stroke patients were selected from the rehabilitation department of three tertiary grade A hospitals and four community health service centers in Zhengzhou,and using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to process the data.Results:Six common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,including family participation in management,keeping order,community participation in planning and management,work and efficiency management,communication management and resource management.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 80.695%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all the indexes of the modified model research the standard and the model fit well.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.968,the half⁃fold reliability was 0.906,and the retest reliability was 0.826.Conclusions:The Chinese version of PS⁃SES had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the level of participation strategy self⁃efficacy in Chinese stroke patients.
