摘要 急于变革型领导者与阻滞变革型员工的矛盾主要表现为工作期望差别巨大、工作心态截然相反、工作方式迥然不同、工作绩效追求大相径庭。急于变革型领导者调适与阻滞变革型员工的矛盾应做到:换位思考,实现激励多样化;强化沟通,调和方式人性化;合理授权,塑造彼此新形象;情景模拟,感同身受暖人心。
