摘要
转动惯量作为风机重要参数之一,是考量风机电机能力的重要条件,选择不当往往会造成风机难以直接启动的情况。通过具体的工程案例核算转动惯量和电机转矩间的匹配关系,并分析离心风机转动惯量偏大的原因,为其他工程项目中风机的电机匹配选型提供建议。
As one of the important parameters of a fan,the rotational inertia is an important condition for considering the capacity of the fan motor,and improper selection often results in difficulties in starting the fan directly.In this paper,the matching relationship between rotational inertia and motor torque is calculated through specific engineering cases,and the reasons for the large rotational inertia of centrifugal fans are analyzed,which suggestions to the motor matching selection of the fan in other engineering projects.
