摘要
易燃易爆场所的弯头、阀门、法兰盘等部件较多,等电位连接措施是易燃易爆场所防雷防静电的关键技术,对保证易燃易爆场所的安全运行至关重要。研究分析了易燃易爆场所等电位连接技术的关键要点,归纳总结了等电位连接过渡电阻值和连接材料规格等技术指标的要求,并归纳了常见的等电位连接不规范做法,易燃易爆场所等电位连接的过渡电阻值应不大于0.03,连接材料的规格应不小于6 mm^(2),等电位连接的有效性应从过渡电阻值、连接材料、施工工艺等方面进行综合评判。
Flammable and explosive places of elbow,valve,flange and so on very much,equipotential connection measure is the key technology of lightning protection and static protection in inflammable and explosive places,which is very important to ensure the safe operation of inflammable and explosive places.The study analyzed the key points of the equipotential connection technology for flammable and explosive sites,summarized the requirements of technical indicators such as the transition resistance value of the equipotential connection and connection material specifications,and summarized the common irregularities of the equipotential connection practices.The transition resistance value of equipotential connection in flammable and explosive places should not be greater than 0.03 ohms,and the connection material should not be smaller than 6 mm^(2).The effectiveness of the equipotential connection should be judged comprehensively from the transition resistance value,connection material and construction process.
