基于安全混沌学的危化品道路运输系统风险评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对危化品道路运输系统的复杂性与模糊性,采用安全混沌学理论开展风险评价有利于危化品道路运输系统的风险预防与控制。基于混沌模型与耗散结构理论,构建以“人-物-车-环”为要素的危化品道路运输系统的混沌模型。结合危化品道路运输系统的风险辨识结果,利用突变级数法以及模糊综合评价法,对危化品道路运输系统进行多层次分析与计算,确定系统的总突变隶属函数值以及系统安全等级,并进行了应用实例研究。结果表明,基于安全混沌学的危化品道路运输系统风险评价模型具有较好适用性与可操作性。基于安全混沌学的危化品道路运输系统风险评价研究,拓展了安全混沌学理论的应用范围,丰富了危化品道路运输系统的风险研究内容。 In view of the complexity and fuzzy nature of the hazardous chemical road transportation system,the risk evaluation by using safety chaos theory is beneficial to the risk prevention and control of the hazardous chemical road transportation system.Based on the chaos model and dissipative structure theory,a chaos model of hazardous chemical road transportation system is constructed with"human-object-vehicle-loop"as the elements.Combining the risk identification results of the hazardous chemical road transportation system,the multi-level analysis and calculation of the hazardous chemical road transportation system using the mutation level method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the total mutation affiliation function value of the system and the system safety level are determined,and the application example study is conducted.The results show that the risk evaluation model of hazardous chemical road transportation system based on safety chaos science has good applicability and operability.The risk evaluation study of hazardous chemical road transportation system based on safety chaos science expands the application scope of safety chaos theory and enriches the risk study of hazardous chemical road transportation system.
