通过对工贸企业信息化建设进程中存在的典型问题,结合试点氨制冷企业提出针对性解决办法,探索采用先进的系统网关和物联网管理平台等技术,在无法获取企业原信息系统建设方技术支持的条件下,不改变原系统架构,采用数据镜像复制方式采集数据并接入工贸安全监管信息系统的技术改造办法。减少了信息化建设项目试点企业前期改造和对接准备工作,节约了项目投资,为粉尘涉爆、高温熔融等其他工贸重点行业领域信息化的科技改造提供了可靠的实践验证,加快推进了工贸企业信息化建设进程。

Through the process of information technology construction of industrial and trade enterprises in the typical problems,combined with the pilot ammonia refrigeration enterprises to propose targeted solutions to explore the use of advanced systems gateway and Internet of Things management platform and other technologies,in the absence of access to the original information system builder technical support conditions,without changing the original system architecture,the use of data mirror copy way to collect data and access the technical transformation of industrial and trade safety monitoring information system.It reduces the preliminary transformation and docking preparations of pilot enterprises of information construction projects,saves project investment,provides reliable practical verification for the scientific and technological transformation of information in other key industries of industry and trade,such as dust explosion and high-temperature melting,and speeds up the information construction process of industry and trade enterprises.
