摘要
目的:探索扶济复喷剂(外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)用于手足口病口腔溃疡愈合的疗效。方法:选择有口腔溃疡的手足口病患儿70例作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组(34例)和对照组(36例)。两组均采用常规抗病毒及补液等对症治疗。治疗组给予扶济复喷剂早、中、晚餐后局部喷药;对照组以同样的时间段给予2%碘甘油局部涂药。分组观察并记录两组患儿饮食改善时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、退热时间和药物不良反应。结果:治疗组患儿饮食改善时间和口腔溃疡愈合时间、退热时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总有效率、显效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶济复喷剂治疗儿童手足口病口腔溃疡临床效果明显,尤其在改善进食、口腔溃疡愈合及退热方面具有显著效果,无明显不良反应,同时也可以缩短病程,减轻患儿痛苦,减少静脉用药时间,降低抗生素使用率等。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fujifu spray(recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor)in the treatment of oral ulcer healing of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:70 cases of children with oral ulcer of hand foot mouth disease in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with antiviral therapy and symptomatic supportive therapy.The treatment group was given topical external application of Fujifu spray,three times a day.The control group was given topical external application iodine of iodine glycerin.The curative effect of oral ulcer of hand foot mouth disease was compared between the two groups,and the improvement of eating,ulcer healing time and adverse drug reactions were observed.Results:The improvement time of eating and the healing time of oral ulcer in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fujifu spray has significant effect on improving oral ulcer,eating and ulcer bealing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.It also shorten the whole course of disease,alleviate the pain of children and reduce the use of antibiotics.
