Research on Data Processing and Visualization Technology for EMU Trains

摘要 随着动车组在线运行数量的不断增大,如何高效处理海量车载数据为用户提供丰富的数据分析手段具有重要意义。文中研究了动车组车载信息无线传输系统的应用架构,提出了基于数据总线技术实现地面数据中心负载均衡的应用方案。满足了地面数据中心高并发、高可靠的应用需求。同时,针对动车组车载数据数量大、维度多、分析困难的特点,实现了车地通信质量数据可视化、子系统故障频率数据可视化、温度预警时域频率分布数据可视化等6种车载数据可视化方案,为海量数据的分析提供了全新的视角,显著提高了用户分析动车组车载数据的深度和广度。 With the increasing using of EMU,it is of great significance to efficiently process massive on-board data and provide variety ways of data analysis.This paper studies the architecture of wireless information transmission system for EMU,and proposes an application scheme to solve load balancing of data center based on data bus technology.This technology meets the requirements of high concurrency and high reliability in data center.Aiming at the characteristics of large quantity,multiple dimensions and difficulty in analyzing the on-board data of EMU,six vehicle data visualization schemes(vehicle-ground communication quality data visualization,subsystem failure frequency data visualization and temperature warning time-domain frequency distribution data visualization)have been realized.This paper provides a new perspective for the analysis of massive data.It has significantly improved the depth and breadth of user analysis of EMU data.
