摘要
针对目前动车组空心车轴超声波探伤中内部材质缺陷的定量方法不合理、探伤灵敏度量值传递体系不科学2个问题进行了研究。通过计算探头近场区长度,并与各型动车组空心车轴典型部位几何尺寸进行对比,得出了在进行内部材质缺陷超声检测时,检测区域主要位于探头3倍近场区范围内的结论,指出了现行缺陷定量评价方法的不合理性,提出了采用DAC曲线对缺陷进行定量的方法,进行了4种动车组空心车轴材质的声衰减性能测试,设计了标准试块,建立了内部材质缺陷超声波探伤灵敏度量值传递体系。
Two problems,internal material defect quantification method unreasonable and ultrasonic testing sensitivity value transfer system unscientific for hollow axle of emu ultrasonic testing at present,are studied.By calculating the length of the probe near-field region,compared with the geometric dimensions of typical parts of various EMU hollow axle,the conclusion that the detection area is mainly located in the 3 times near-field area of the probe when test internal material defects is gotten.The irrationality of current defect quantitative evaluation method is pointed out.The method of defect quantification by DAC curve is proposed.The ultrasonic attenuation performance of four kinds of hollow axle materials of EMU is tested.Standard test block is design.The ultrasonic testing sensitivity value transfer system of EMU hollow axle is established.
