轨道车辆固液复合轴箱定位节点技术应用与展望

摘要 传统式橡胶轴箱节点难以同时满足轨道车辆蛇行运动稳定性和曲线通过性能要求。固液复合减振技术作为第二代减振技术在轨道车辆上推广应用是趋势所在。固液复合轴箱定位节点通过在橡胶体内内嵌液压机构实现了低频低刚度和高频高刚度的可变刚度和阻尼可调特征。文中介绍了固液复合轴箱节点的概念结构、工作机理和技术特征,介绍了该技术在国内外铁路转向架上的研究与应用情况,并简述了这类复合节点今后的技术发展方向。 It is difficult for the conventional rubber axle box joint to meet the requirements of the hunting motion stability and curve passing performance of the railway vehicles at the same time.As the second generation of anti-vibration technology,rubber-fluid composite anti-vibration technology will be widely used in railway vehicles.The solid-fluid composite axle box joint realizes the variable stiffness with low stiffness at low frequency and high stiffness at high frequency and the adjustable damping characteristics by embedding the hydraulic mechanism in the rubber.This paper introduces the concept structure,working mechanism and technical characteristics of the solid-fluid composite axle box joint,briefly describes the research and application in domestic and foreign railway bogies,and analyzes the future technical development directions for this composite joint.
