摘要
吊挂梁的强度对地铁设备安全性有重要影响,建立准确的计算模型是吊挂梁强度评估和优化的前提。文中使用HyperMesh建立了地铁车辆设备吊挂梁的有限元模型,采用模态叠加法计算结构受到冲击后的动态响应,对结构强度进行分析。通过冲击试验,采集了应变响应,仿真应力的大小和变化趋势与试验具有较好的一致性,验证了该有限元模型和计算方法的有效性。使用Optistruct对吊挂梁型材进行参数优化,优化后的型材质量减小了14.89%,达到轻量化的效果。
The strength of hanging beam has an important influence on subway safety.Based on mode superposition method,this paper uses HyperMesh to establish the FEA model of metro vehicle hanging beam,to calculate the dynamic shock response of the structure,and analyzes the structural strength.Through the shock test,the strain response was collected,and compared with the simulation re⁃sponse,the simulation stress has good consistency with the test which shows the validity of the finite element model and calculation method.Optistruct is used to optimize the parameters of the hanging beam profile,and the optimized profile quality is reduced by 14.89%,achieving the effect of light weight.
