胎儿畸形引产行健康教育对孕妇心理状况的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析胎儿畸形引产孕妇实施健康教育对产妇心理状况的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月广东医科大学附属第三医院收治的诊断为胎儿畸形且行引产的40例孕妇为研究对象,患者均行利凡诺羊膜腔穿刺引产,并随机将其分为研究组和对照组,各20例。对照组仅行常规观察,研究组则根据孕妇不同时期心理需求实施相应的健康教育,对比两组总产程、并发症、情绪变化以及满意度等情况。结果:研究组总产程短于对照组且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组引产孕妇焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据胎儿畸形引产孕妇不同时期心理需求给予相应的健康教育干预可以有效缩短总产程,改善孕妇情绪。 Objective:To analyze the influence of health education on psychological state of pregnant women undergoing labor induction of fetal malformation.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,40 pregnant women who labor induction due to fetal malformation in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were included as the study subjects.All patients received Ethacridine rivano amniocentesis for labor induction and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine observation,while the study group was given corresponding health education according to the psychological needs of pregnant women at different stages.The total labor duration,complications,emotional changes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total labor duration in the study group was shorter than that in the control group and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of pregnant women undergoing labor induction in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the psychological needs of pregnant women undergoing labor induction of fetal malformation at different stages,corresponding health education intervention can effectively shorten the total labor duration and improve the mood of pregnant women.
