瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死患者的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Rosuvastatin in Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究于冠心病急性心肌梗死患者治疗期间应用瑞舒伐他汀取得的临床治疗效果,评估其对于血清总胆固醇水平产生的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年12月黄冈市浠水中医院收治的252例冠心病急性心肌梗死患者作为研究主体,随机数字表法均匀划分为两组,将其分别纳入对照组126例以及试验组126例,对照组应用常规对症支持治疗,试验组在对照组基础应用瑞舒伐他汀,对比分析临床治疗效果。结果:试验组心功能指标肌酸激酶、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数、心排血量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者组高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯。指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于冠心病急性心肌梗死治疗期间应用瑞舒伐他汀对于改善患者血脂水平以及提高心功能具有积极意义,可提升整体治疗效果,值得借鉴推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of rosuvastatin in patients with acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease during treatment,and evaluate its effect on serum total cholesterol levels.Methods:A total of 252 patients with coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction treated in Xishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 126 cases in the control group and 126 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic support treatment,and the experimental group was treated with rosuvastatin based on the control group.Clinical therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed.Results:The cardiac function indexes creatine kinase,left ventricular enddiastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,serum total cholesterol and triglyceride between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rosuvastatin during the treatment of acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease has positive significance for improving the blood lipid level and heart function of patients,and can improve the overall therapeutic effect,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
