Effect of Minimally Invasive Tooth Extraction Technology in Extraction of Impacted Teeth

目的:研究微创拔牙技术应用在阻生齿拔除中的效果及并发症发生率。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月蒙城县第二人民医院收治的60例阻生齿拔除患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组30例实施传统拔牙技术,观察组30例实施微创拔牙技术。将两组的治疗效果进行比对。结果:观察组的手术效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术中、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组生理障碍、生理性疼痛、功能限制、社交障碍及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组的生理障碍、生理性疼痛、功能限制、社交障碍及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阻生齿拔除中应用微创拔牙技术安全有效,可促进口腔健康水平的改善。

Objective:To study the effect and complication rate of minimally invasive tooth extraction technique in the extraction of impacted teeth.Methods:Sixty patients with impacted tooth extracted who were admitted to Mengcheng County Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected to carry out the study,and were divided into groups according to the random number table method.The control group of 30 patients implemented traditional tooth extraction techniques,and the observation group of 30 patients underwent minimally invasive tooth extraction techniques.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The surgical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in physiological barrier physiological pain,functional limitation,social impairment and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the physiological barrier,physical pain,functional limitations,social barriers and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive tooth extraction technique in the extraction of impacted teeth is safe and effective,and can promote the improvement of oral health.
