布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿衣原体肺炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Therapy in Children with Chlamydia Pneumonia

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿衣原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取花都区第二人民医院2021年1月-2022年2月收治的100例小儿衣原体肺炎患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例,对照组使用红霉素治疗,研究组使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,分析评估两组治疗后的临床疗效症状改善情况及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组咳嗽缓解时间、消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿衣原体肺炎具有明显效果,进行辅助治疗比单纯使用常用方式治疗临床效果更加显著,在临床中具有广泛的应用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chlamydia pneumonia in children.Methods:One hundred children with chlamydia pneumonia in the Second People's Hospital of Huadu District from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin,and the study group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and the incidence of complications after treatment in the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough remission time and disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with chlamydia pneumonia has obvious effect,and the clinical effect of adjuvant therapy is more significant than the common methods alone.It has a wide range of clinical application value and is worthy of further promotion.
