血液检验指标对冠心病诊断的应用价值研究

Study on Application Value of Blood Test Indexes in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析血液检验中各项指标对临床诊断冠心病的价值讨论。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年3月哈萨克自治州新华医院收治的冠心病患者100例作为试验组,选取同时期在我院体检科参加体检的健康人群100例作为对照组,均采集受检者清晨空腹血液标本,使用全自动血细胞分析仪检查受检者红细胞及血小板,同时使用全自动免疫分析仪对受检者血液中的心肌标志物浓度进行检测,观察两组受检者的红细胞参数、血小板参数差异、心肌标志物浓度差异。结果:试验组红细胞分布宽度指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组血小板指标中的分布宽度、血小板计数、血小板压积及血小板体积4项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组受检者的肌酸激酶同工酶、心脏肌钙蛋白T高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过血液检验结果分析,冠心病患者红细胞分布宽度、肌酸激酶同工酶、心肌肌钙蛋白T等多项血液检验指标明显高于健康人群,通过血液检验可以在临床中针对患者的血液指标进行分析,将以上检验指标作为诊断冠心病病症的可靠依据。

Objective:To analyze the value of various indexes in blood test in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease treated in Xinhua Hospital of Kazak Autonomous Prefecture from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 100 healthy people who participated in physical examination in the Physical Examination Department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The morning fasting blood samples of the subjects were collected,and the red blood cells and platelets of the subjects were examined by automatic blood cell analyzer.At the same time,the concentration of myocardial markers in the blood of the subjects was detected by automatic immunoassay analyzer.The differences of red blood cell parameters,platelet parameters and myocardial marker concentration between the two groups were observed.Results:The index of red blood cell distribution width in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the four indexes of platelet distribution width,platelet count,platelet hematocrit and platelet volume in the experimental group(P>0.05).The creatine kinase isoenzyme and cardiac troponin T of the subjects in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the analysis of blood test results,many blood test indexes such as red blood cell distribution width,creatine kinase isoenzyme and cardiac troponin T in patients with coronary heart disease are significantly higher than those in healthy people.Through blood test,the blood indexes of patients can be analyzed in clinic,and the above test indexes can be used as a reliable basis for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
