儿科重症监护室患儿并发肺部感染临床护理经验总结

Summary of Clinical Nursing Experience in Children with Pulmonary Infection in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

目的:观察优质综合护理在儿科重症监护室(PICU)并发肺部感染患儿护理中的应用效果,对该类患儿的护理经验作出总结。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年12月在山东颐养健康集团新汶中心医院儿科PICU实施治疗且并发肺部感染的80例患儿作为研究对象。按转入PICU的先后顺序分成研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施PICU常规护理,研究组实施优质综合护理。对两组患儿的治疗效果以及护理质量进行比较。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理操作、心理支持、健康指导及安全管理评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质综合护理能有效提高PICU患儿并发肺部感染的治疗效果,并改善护理工作的质量,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the application effect of high-quality comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with pulmonary infection in pediatric intensive care unit(PICU),and summarize the nursing experience of such children.Methods:A total of 80 children with pulmonary infection who were treated in PICU of Xinwen Central Hospital,Shandong Yiyang Health Group from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the order of transferring to PICU,they were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received PICU routine nursing and the study group received high-quality comprehensive nursing.The treatment effect and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of nursing operation,psychological support,health guidance and safety management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of PICU children complicated with pulmonary infection and improve the quality of nursing work.It has high application value and is worth popularizing.
