精细化护理对结直肠息肉患者康复期胃肠道恢复的影响

Effect of Refined Nursing on Gastrointestinal Tract Recovery in Patients with Colorectal Polyps During Rehabilitation Period

目的:对结直肠息肉患者实施精细化护理后分析康复期胃肠道恢复的效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年3月兴宁市人民医院收治的结直肠息肉患者60例,分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理,对比各项临床指标的差异。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道恢复时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理对结直肠息肉患者康复期胃肠道恢复的影响效果积极确切,不但可以提高患者的护理满意度,还能促进患者恢复健康,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of gastrointestinal tract recovery during the rehabilitation period after the implementation of refined nursing for colorectal polyps patients.Methods:Sixty patients with colorectal polyps who were admitted to Xingning People's Hospital from May 2019 to March 2021 were selected.All patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented refined nursing.The difference of clinical indexes was compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal recovery time and average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of refined nursing on gastrointestinal tract recovery of patients with colorectal polyp during the rehabilitation period is positive and accurate.It can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also promote the recovery of patients'health.It is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
