循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in Senile Diabetes Mellitus Care

目的:探讨循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年12月阳江市人民医院收治的136例糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各68例。对照组施以常规护理,试验组采取循证护理,对患者护理干预前及护理干预1个月后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平、生活质量评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、临床护理满意度情况、健康知识知晓率情况、自我管理意识情况、良好习惯养成率情况进行观察。结果:护理干预1个月后两组的FPG、2 hPG、HbA_(1c)水平均明显降低,并且试验组的降低水平更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的生理功能、情感职能、社会功能和精神健康评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预1个月后两组的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显降低,并且试验组降低水平更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的健康知识知晓率、自我管理意识及良好习惯养成率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的临床应用具有良好的效果,不仅能够降低血糖水平、SAS评分与SDS评分,同时能够提升患者生活质量、满意度、健康知识知晓率、自我管理意识促使患者养成良好习惯,可作为首选的护理模式。

Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in senile diabetes nursing.Methods:For 136 diabetic patients from May 2018 to December 2019,68 patients,control and test group with routine care and evidence-based care,fasting blood glucose(fasting blood sugar,FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(blood glucose 2 hours,2 hPG),and hemoglobin glyc(glycosyl before and 1 month after nursing intervention ated hemoglobin,HbA_(1c))level,quality of life score,Self-Rating Anxiety(SAS)score,depression(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)score,change situation,clinical care satisfaction situation,health knowledge awareness rate situation,self-management awareness situation,good habit formation rate were observed.Results:Before care,no FPG,2 hPG,HbA_(1c),SAS score and SDS score were significant between the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with before the nursing intervention,the FPG,2 hPG,HbA_(1c) level,SAS score and SDS score of the test group were significantly lower one month after the nursing intervention,and the quality of life score and clinical care satisfaction were significantly improved.Health knowledge awareness rate,self-management awareness and good habit formation rate were significantly higher,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of evidence-based nursing in geriatric diabetes nursing has good results.
