摘要
该文针对当前建筑工程项目风施工成本管理范围广、难度大、防控能力不足、效果不显著等问题,提出先识别关键影响因素,再分类管理并针对性管控的解决方法。基于文献研究与专家访谈法,识别建筑工程项目施工阶段与成本相关风险因素,总结出5个因素类别共17个子因素;通过构建AHP-DEMATEL模型确定各影响因素的综合权重,将所有影响因素分为3个等级。研究结果表明,施工方案、场地管理、施工质量是一级影响因素,对其提出有针对性的建议,为风险防范措施的制定提供借鉴意义。
In view of the current problems of wind construction cost management of construction projects, such as wide scope, difficulty, insufficient prevention and control ability, and insignificant effect, this paper puts forward the solutions of identifying key influencing factors first, then classifying management and targeted control. Based on literature research and expert interview, the risk factors related to the construction stage and cost of construction projects are identified, and five factor categories with a total of 17 sub factors are summarized;Through the establishment of AHP-DEMATEL model, the comprehensive weight of each influencing factor is determined, and all influencing factors are divided into three levels. The research results show that the construction scheme, site management and construction quality are the first-class influencing factors, and the targeted suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the formulation of risk prevention measures.
