摘要
根据职业病危害预评价结果,该输煤管道项目被确定为职业病危害较重的新建项目。通过对我国第一条长距离输煤管道项目中各生产场所可能产生的职业病危害因素进行分析,从总平面布置、建筑厂房设计、防尘、降噪减振、防暑防寒以及应急救援等方面进行针对性的防护设施设计,从而使危害因素接触限值达到或低于国家规定。该设计对我国长距离输煤管道技术行业具有示范性意义。
According to the pre-assessment result of occupational hazard, the coal convey pipeline project is determined as a new project with serious occupational hazards. Based on the analysis of the possible occupational hazards in the production sites of the first long-distance coal convey pipeline project in China, the targeted protective facilities are designed from the aspects of general layout, building plant design, dust prevention, noise reduction and vibration reduction, heatstroke and cold prevention, and emergency rescue, so that the exposure limit of hazardous factors can reach or be lower than the national regulations. The design has demonstrative significance for the long distance coal convey pipeline technology industry in China.
