台风模式中控系统实现EMS功能优化

摘要 EMS是指能源管理系统,包括数据采集、监控系统、自动发电控制、经济调度控制、电力系统状态估计、安全分析等功能,通过提高安全管理水平制定台风预警机制、减少能源管理环节优化能源管理流程、降低能源管理成本提高能源利用效率、完善能源管理体制强化能源系统巡检、加强数据信息采集做到及时归档管理、与中控系统联合处理实现故障智能预警等优化策略,可有效在台风模式中控系统当中实现EMS功能的优化,能够及时对台风模式进行预警,降低台风对电力系统的影响,确保电力系统可以正常运行,实现内部能源的高效管理,从而进一步推动我国电力行业的高速发展。该文主要阐述台风模式中控系统实现功能优化策略。 EMS refers to the energy management system, including data acquisition, monitoring system, automatic generation control, economic dispatching control, power system state estimation, safety analysis and other functions.By improving safety management level, formulating typhoon early warning mechanism, reducing energy management links, optimizing energy management processes, reducing energy management costs, improving energy utilization efficiency, improving energy management system, strengthening energy system Patrol inspection, strengthening data and information collection, timely filing and management, and joint processing with central control system to realize intelligent fault early warning, EMS function optimization can be effectively realized in typhoon mode central control system. It can timely warn the typhoon mode, reduce the impact of Typhoon on the power system,ensure the normal operation of the power system, realize the efficient management of internal energy, and further promote the rapid development of China’s power industry. This paper mainly expounds the function optimization strategy of typhoon mode central control system.
