因时代进步和改革我国的教学已变得越来越深入。当前,我国的教学除了要求大学生具备基础的学习知识外,还要求高等院校和教师要在帮助和引导大学生进行对自身职业生涯的分析和规划。在新课程改革的背景下,已明确要求要培养大学生的综合能力,如自我认知、职业规划的了解,以及学习和未来职业的相关性等。大学生在具备基础的学习知识外,还应对自己的生涯和未来进行决策和计划。在学习的过程中充分认识和了解自我,只有充分了解后,才能有明确的目标,为自己的职业生涯做出规划。但经调查研究发现,我国现在有很多高等院校对于学生的生涯教育以及规划能力的培养还有很多问题和不足,仍需不断地改进。

Because of the progress of the times and the reform, the teaching in China has become more and more in-depth. At present, the teaching in China not only requires students to have basic learning knowledge, but also requires colleges and universities and teachers to help and guide students to analyze and plan their own career. In the context of the new curriculum reform, it has been clearly required to cultivate the comprehensive ability of college students, such as self cognition, understanding of career planning, and the correlation between learning and future career. In addition to having basic learning knowledge, college students should also make decisions and plans for their own career and future. In the process of learning, we should fully understand ourselves. Only after we fully understand ourselves can we have clear goals and make plans for our career. However, through investigation and research, it is found that there are still many problems and deficiencies in the training of career education and career planning ability in many colleges and universities in China, which still need to be continuously improved.
