汉语学界康德美学研究的新创获——以王维嘉《优美与崇高:康德的感性判断力批判》为中心的讨论

New Achievement of Kant’s Aesthetics Research in Chinese Academic Community——A Discussion Centered on Wang Weijia’s Beauty and the Sublime:Kant’s Critique of Perceptual Judgment

汉语学界的康德美学研究,一直处于不尴不尬的状态,亟待打破。王维嘉所著《优美与崇高:康德的感性判断力批判》,有打破此状态的趋势,堪称此前汉语康德学界所罕见的“对话式”的研究著述。总体上,此著问题意识明确,敢于直面康德文本理解上的诸多困难而试图解决之;文本细读、义理对观、学术综述、专题剖析、理论重构与译名辨正能有效结合,胜见迭出,且行文干净利落,层层推进,善于提出自己的独立思考和见解,极具英美哲学著述那种特有的明晰性和分析精神,常常引用经验心理学的事实来补充、完善和印证康德那些非常晦涩的思辨表述和观点。这使得此著有两个重要特点:一是全书几乎是逐章逐节地解读康德第三批判上半部的所有内容,但又不是那种基本属于解说性的句读,而是边解读、边提问题、边解决,不只在“读通”第三批判,更在“读透”它;二是对康德“第三批判”上半部存在的诸多理论疑点,作了凸显、诠释和重构,颇见作者理论之会心。

The study of Kant’s aesthetics in the Chinese academic community has been in an awkward state,which needs to be broken urgently. Wang Weijia’s Beauty and the Sublime:Kant’s Critique of Perceptual Judgment can be called a "dialogic" research work that was previously scarce in Chinese Kant studies. In general,this work has a clear problem consciousness and dares to face many difficulties in Kant’s textual understanding and try to solve them. The close reading,the view of righteousness and reason,academic review,thematic analysis,theoretical reconstruction and the identification of translation names can be effectively combined. This work is full of unique opinions and written without redundancy and in a progressive manner,with a great deal of independent thinking and insights,and with the unique clarity and analytical spirit of the Anglo-American philosophical works. It often cites the facts of empirical psychology to complement,perfect and corroborate Kant’s very obscure speculative statements and views. This makes two important features of this work. Firstly,the whole book interprets almost all of the first half of Kant’s third critique chapter by chapter,however,it is not the kind of basic interpretive sentence reading,but a reading that raises questions and solves them at the same time. The book aims to "read through" it. Secondly,it highlights,interprets and reconstructs many theoretical doubts in the first half of Kant’s third critique,which shows the author’s theoretical mind.
