摘要
通过构建数字产品分类标准,分析中国对RCEP伙伴国数字产品出口现状、动态影响因素及贸易潜力。研究发现:中国与RCEP伙伴国数字产品贸易规模占比已超过中国数字产品贸易30%,成为中国主要海外市场,且形成以数字中间品贸易为主要形式的区域分工体系。中国对RCEP数字产品出口变化主要受结构效应和竞争力效应的影响。中国对RCEP数字产品出口效率较低,出口潜力较大,出口非效率受进口关税、通关效率、知识产权保护、结构效应和竞争力效应影响较为明显。
This paper analyzes the current situation, influencing factors and trade potential of China’s digital exports to RCEP partner countries by establishing digital product classification standards. It is found that the trade volume of digital products between China and RCEP partners accounts for more than one third of China’s digital product trade, becoming China’s main overseas market and forming a regional division of labor system mainly in the form of digital intermediate goods trade. The change of China’s export to RCEP digital products is mainly influenced by structural effect and competitiveness effect. China’s export efficiency to RCEP digital products is relatively low, and its export potential is relatively high. The export inefficiency is obviously affected by import tariff, customs clearance efficiency, intellectual property protection, structural effect and competit.
