摘要
日本大学新生适应性教育经历了大学新生入学指南的初始期、教育内容扩展的发展期、数量扩张的普及期,目前处于提升教育质量的改革期。分析了日本大学新生适应性教育的必要性、发展历程与现状,对初年次教育功能与特点进行了阐述,以期对我国大学新生适应性教育提供参考。
The adaptive education for college freshmen in Japan has gone through the initial period of orientation,the development period of content expansion,and the universal period of quantitative expansion.It is currently in the period of quality improvement.This paper analyses its developmental stages and the status quo,and expounds on its functions and characteristics,hoping to provide reference for the adaptive education for college freshmen in China.
