摘要
专业是院校进行教育教学活动、开展科学研究、培养高级专业人才的基本单元,专业建设水平的高低直接决定了人才培养质量的高低。通过分析地方高等院校本科专业评估的特点,在把握军队高等院校专业评估现状、遵循军事教育教学规律及特点基础上,提出了我军高等院校开展本科专业评估的思路。把“促进发展”作为专业评估的基本导向,按“齐抓共管”强化专业评估体系建设,用“分类标准”设置专业评估指标体系,以“精准集约”创新专业评估方式。
Majors are the basic units of carrying out education and teaching activities,conducting scientific research,and training advanced professional talents for colleges and universities.The level of major construction is key to the quality of training talents.With the analysis of the characteristics of the undergraduate major assessment in the local colleges and universities and the consideration of the current situation of major assessment and education rules,this paper proposes four strategies to carry out the undergraduate major assessment in military academies:to make the“promoting development”as the basic orientation,to strengthen the evaluation system with“the concerted efforts”,to use“the classification standard”to set the indicator system of major assessment,and to update the method of major assessment with“accuracy and intension”.
