New Exploration of Labor in the Digital Age from the Perspective of Algorithm Absorption

数字时代平台经济的发展,使得劳动的形态和组织形式、资本的形态和吸纳形式都有了全新的构型。理论界在分析数字经济相关问题时,对“数字劳动”“零工劳动”“数字资本”等概念的使用具有模糊性。厘清这些概念,有利于准确理解数字经济中的社会构型。同时,平台模式的发展改变了劳动的结合力以及资本对其的吸纳形式。资本的吸纳更加多元地作用于社会领域,从而建构起对社会整体领域中的公共性和由生产社会化所造成的多层结构关系的总体吸纳。

With the development of platform economy in the digital era, the form and organization of labor, the form and absorption form of capital have a new configuration. When analyzing the problems related to the digital economy, the use of the concepts of “digital labor”, “casual labor” and “digital capital” is vague. Clarifying these concepts is conducive to an accurate understanding of the social configuration in the digital economy. At the same time, the development of platform mode has changed the combination of labor and the absorption form of capital. The absorption of capital is more diversified in the social field, so as to construct the overall absorption of the publicity in the whole social field and the multi-level structural relationship caused by the socialization of production.
