中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ankylosing spondylitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的强直性脊柱炎患者90例,随机分为两组。对照组44例予来氟米特治疗,治疗组46例在对照组基础上予中医辨证治疗。两组均以12周为1个疗程,两个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组治疗后疼痛指数、晨僵时间、Schober试验、指地距、枕壁试验、ESR、CRP改善情况均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:90 cases of selected patients with ankylosing spondylitis,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups.44 cases in the control group were treated with leflunomide,while 46 cases in the treatment group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of control group.For both groups,12 weeks were taken as a course of reatment.The clinical efficacy were evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 91.3%in the treatment group and 75.0%in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).In the improvement of clinical observed indexes such as pain index,morning stiffness time,Schober test,finger grounding distance,occipito-wall test,ESR and CRP,the treatment group was better than control group after treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ankylosing spondylitis is better.
