摘要
以苏崎1号茄子幼苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度NaCl溶液和不同NaCl胁迫时间对水培茄子幼苗的生长和生理特性的影响。试验结果表明:茄子幼苗经不同浓度和不同时间的NaCl溶液胁迫后,幼苗生物量、叶绿素含量和光合参数较对照有明显的下降趋势;幼苗保护酶活性、超氧阴离子产生速率、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢含量较对照有明显的增加趋势。研究结果对连作盐渍化土壤条件下茄子栽培具有一定的参考作用。
Taking Suqi 1 eggplant seedlings as materials,the effects of different concentrations of NaCl solution and different NaCl stress time on the growth and physiological characteristics of hydroponic eggplant seedlings are studied.The results show that the biomass,chlorophyll content and light parameters of eggplant seedlings under the different concentrations and different time of NaCl solution stress show a significant downward trend compared with the control.The protective enzyme activity,superoxide anion production rate,soluble protein content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and hydrogen peroxide content of eggplant seedlings under different concentrations and different time of NaCl solution stress show obvious increasing trend compared with the control.The research results can be used as a reference for eggplant cultivation in continuous cropping saline soil.
