摘要
[研究目的]以ASA理论为研究框架,基于社会支持理论、信息-任务匹配能力、交互记忆能力,构建模型探索社会化媒体对知识型员工知识整合的影响机制。[研究方法]采用结构方程模型的定量研究方法,通过构建ASA理论模型框架,从社会化媒体提供的三类社会支持出发,研究了知识型员工知识整合的作用机制。[研究结论]结果表明:社会化媒体的使用正向影响社会支持的三个维度;社会支持的三个维度正向影响知识员工的交互记忆能力;信息支持、社会支持正向影响知识型员工信息-任务匹配能力,而情感支持对于知识型员工信息-任务匹配能力无显著影响;知识型员工的交互记忆能力和信息-任务匹配能力正向影响其知识整合程度;知识型员工的交互记忆能力正向影响其信息任务匹配能力。
[Research purpose]This paper takes the ASA theory as the research framework,and builds a model based on the online social support theory,informational fit-to-task capability,and transactive memory capability to explore the impact mechanism of social media's knowledge integration for knowledge workers.[Research method]This study adopts the quantitative research method of structural equation model(SEM),through the construction of ASA theoretical model framework,from the three dimensions of social support of social media,to study the mechanism of knowledge integration of knowledge workers.[Research conclusion]The results show that:the use of social media positively affects the three dimensions of online social support;the three dimensions of online social support positively affect the transactive memory capability of knowledge workers;information support and social support positively affects the informational fit-to-task capability of knowledge workers,but emotional support has no significant effect on the informational fit-to-task capability of knowledge workers;the transactive memory capability and informational fit-to-task capability of knowledge workers positively affect the degree of knowledge integration;the transactive memory capability of knowledge workers positively affects its informational fit-to-task capability.
