应用型专业校社合作建设实践和改进策略——以公共管理与服务类专业为例 被引量:4

摘要 校社合作是新时期产教融合背景下加强高校应用型专业建设的重要途径。考察以公共管理与服务类专业为代表的应用型专业校社合作建设情况,目前形成了实训基地、顶岗实习、订单培养、工学交替、校社一体等典型模式,呈现出创新发展的良好势头,但同样存在制度缺位、目标错位、师资空位、管理失位等共性问题。对此,提出完善制度机制、凝聚工作合力、充实师资力量和加强质量管理等改进策略。 School-society cooperation is an important way to strengthen the construction of applied majors under the background of the integration of production and education in the new era.Through investigating the construction of school-society cooperation in applied majors with public management and service majors as representatives,the paper has formed typical modes such as training base,post practice,order training,alternation of working and learning and school-society integration etc.This has shown a good momentum of connotative development,but there are also some common problems,such as system vacancy,target dislocation,teacher shortage and managerial position deficiency.Therefore,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies,such as improving the system mechanism,uniting the joint working force,enriching the teachers and reinforcing quality management.
