我国“十四五”期间薪税服务人才需求情况分析

摘要 《人力资源和社会保障事业发展“十四五”规划》提出了包括“建设高标准人力资源市场体系、健全多层次社会保障体系、加强技能人才队伍建设、深化企事业工资收入分配制度改革”等系列目标,引领并支撑目标实现的核心要素是在“十四五”期间培养一批优秀的薪税服务人才。本文从薪税服务相关数据着手,结合我国薪税服务人才职业教育相关证书现状,分析了“十四五”期间薪税服务人才的具体需求情况。 The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Human Resources and Social Security puts forward a series of goals,including“building a high-standard market system for human resources,improving a multi-level social security system,strengthening the construction of skilled personnel,and deepening the reform of the wage and income distribution systems of enterprises and institutions.”The core element that leads and supports the realization of these goals is to cultivate a group of excellent talents for payroll and tax services during the period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”.This article analyzes the specifi c demands for payroll and tax service talents during the period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”by taking into account the data related to payroll and tax service and discusses the status quo of relevant certifi cates about vocational education of payroll and tax service talents in China.
