摘要
近年来,我国中小型农企发展愈发快速,作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,中小型农企在提供就业岗位、构建多元市场等方面贡献了巨大力量,积极推进现代化经济体系的完善,实现国家经济的多层次高质量发展。随着薪酬管理逐步提高至企业发展战略的高度,企业之间的竞争渐渐变成人才的竞争,中小型农企受制于发展规模并不具备满足人才的条件,如何构建合理的薪酬管理体系,吸引、留住人才显得尤为关键。本文针对目前中小型农企在员工薪酬管理方面存在的一系列问题,寻求解决薪酬管理问题的合理对策。
In recent years,small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in China have been developing rapidly.As an important part of the socialist market economy,small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises have contributed a great deal in providing jobs and building a diversifi ed market,actively promoting the improvement of the modern economic systems and realizing the multi-level and high-quality development of the national economy.With the compensation management gradually raised to the enterprise development strategy,the competition among enterprises gradually evolves into the competition of talents,and due to the development scale of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises do not have the conditions to meet the talents,how to build a reasonable compensation management system to attract and retain talents is particularly critical.This study focuses on a series of problems in employee compensation management of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises and seeks reasonable countermeasures to solve these problems.
