地方应用型本科校企合作人才培养模式研究--以经济学专业为例

Research on Talent Cultivation Models of the Cooperation of Local Application-based Undergraduate Universities and Enterprises--Taking Economics Major as an Example

实现高等教育内涵式发展,创新人才培养模式是高校改革的重要任务。本文基于地方应用型本科的实际,针对经济学专业实践教学匮乏、人才培养模式较为传统等问题,在明确自身定位的前提下,探索了地方应用型本科院校校企合作模式,阐述了五线城市的地方应用型本科在宏观环境、学校和学生方面存在的困难,并在此基础上提出解决措施,以构建适合本地和校企合作人才培养的良性机制。

To realize the connotative development of higher education and innovate talent cultivation models is an important task of universities and colleges.Based on the actual situation of local application-based undergraduate universities,aiming at the problems such as the lack of practical teaching of economics major and the traditional mode of talent training,this article explores the university-enterprise cooperation models of local application-based undergraduate universities on the premise of clarifying their positioning,and elaborates on the diffi culties of local application-based undergraduate universities in fi fth-tier cities in terms of macro environment,schools and students,and proposes solutions on this basis to build a suitable local and virtuous mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation.
