基于企业视角下的产教融合研究

Research on the Integration of Industry and Education from the Perspective of Enterprises

党的十九大提出产教融合国家重大决策。本文利用北京111家企业的调研数据,分析了产教融合的现状及存在的问题。从数据来看,当前企业认同产教融合的重要性及对企业发展具有重要影响,但是企业更愿意与有实力的重点高校合作,同时企业产教融合的积极性不高,主要在“产教融合机制不健全”“缺少合作学校或协会”“缺少政府政策支持”等方面存在困难。

The 19th Party Congress proposed that the integration of industry and education is a major national decision.This article analyzes the current situation and problems of the integration of industry and education by using the research data of 111 enterprises in Beijing.From the data,enterprises agree that the integration of industry and education is important and has an essential impact on the development of enterprises,but they are more willing to cooperate with powerful key universities,while the enthusiasm of enterprises for the integration of industry and education is not high.There are difficulties in“the imperfect mechanism of the integration of industry and education”,“the lack of cooperative schools or associations”,“the lack of government policy support”,etc.
