摘要
本研究以湘烟7号烤烟品种为材料,施用胺鲜酯喷施处理4叶1心烟苗,探讨了对成苗期烟苗(8叶1心)主要生理生化特性指标的影响。结果表明:喷施胺鲜酯能明显加强根系活力,提高叶片叶绿素含量,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、硝酸还原酶(NR)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,以及提高丙二醛(MDA)的含量;并以8%胺鲜酯可溶性粉剂6.0 g(即处理1)对促进烟苗生长发育的效果最佳,其根系活力、叶片叶绿素总含量及硝酸还原酶(NR)活性分别显著高于对照组10.8%、48.3%和31.1%,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,则显著低于对照组19.6%、81.6%、197.8%和31.4%。烤烟漂浮烟苗4叶1心时期喷施胺鲜酯有利于促进烟苗生长发育,提高烟苗品质,本研究为胺鲜酯在烟草壮苗培育上的应用提供了参考。
In this study,the 4–leaf tobacco seedling of Xiangyan 7 flue–cured tobacco variety was used as the material and sprayed with diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,whose effects of on the main physiological and biochemical characteristics of 8–leaf tobacco seedlings at the seedling stage were studied.The results showed that application of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate could significantly enhance root activity,increase chlorophyll content of leaves,promote the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),nitrate reductase(NR)and catalase(CAT),and raise malondialdehyde(MDA)content.Among all treatments,6.0g of 8%soluble diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate powder(Treatment 1)had the best effect on promoting the growth and development of tobacco seedlings,with the root activity,total chlorophyll content of leaves and nitrate reductase(NR)activity significantly higher than those of the control group by 10.8%、48.3%and 31.1%respectively,and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content significantly lower than those of the control group by 19.6%、81.6%、197.8%and 31.4%respectively.So we know that the compound agent of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate sprayed on floating 4–leaf tobacco seedlings helps to promote the growth and development and improve the quality of tobacco seedlings.This study provides a reference for the application of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate in the cultivation of strong tobacco seedlings.
